Most Beautiful Design specializes in providing custom Squarespace websites, logo designs, and branding services. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will require a new agreement or addendum.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project, as outlined in your contract.\n- Final deliverables will only be provided upon receipt of full payment.

• Late payments may incur a $50 fee if not received within 7 days of the due date.

3. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.\n- Refunds may only be issued if Most Beautiful Design is unable to fulfill its obligations.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary materials, including text, images, and feedback, in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

• Final proofs must be reviewed and approved before launch or publication.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon final payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables.\n- Most Beautiful Design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

Most Beautiful Design is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Clients assume responsibility for verifying the accuracy of final deliverables.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services if obligations, such as timely feedback or payments, are not met.

9. Dispute Resolution
